PAGE IV PAGE I 某水泥厂回转窑尾除尘系统改造设计 摘 要 本设计是对某水泥厂回转窑尾除尘系统的改造设计。该水泥厂拥有一条Ф2.4/2.641m泾阳型偏心立筒预热器回转窑生产线，其生产能力为普通硅酸盐水泥5万吨每年。该厂原配置一台576袋玻纤式除尘器，其处理尾气的基本工艺参数有： 处理烟气量：140000m3 烟气温度：180℃(除尘器入口)； 标准状况下入口烟气含尘浓度：≤80g/m3; 粉尘粒度：1-100微米，其中小于10微米的约占90%-95%；10-100微米的约占5%-10%； 烟尘露点：35-40℃ 除尘系统改造后的尾气排放标准应符合GB4915-1996《水泥厂大气污染物排放标准》中的二级标准（100mg·m-3）,吨产品排放量为0.30kg;二氧化硫的排放浓度为400mg·m-3,吨产品排放量为1.20kg;氮氧化物的排放浓度为800mg·m-3,吨产品排放量为2.40kg。 根据设计要求以及现有水泥企业的除尘设备选用趋势，本设计选用电除尘来完成对原有除尘系统的改造，并针对电除尘器的特点以及尾气排放中对二氧化硫和氮氧化物的要求添加了旋风除尘器和填料塔。以此更好的完成对尾气的处理，使其最终能够达到设计所要求的标准，以求做到最好。 关键词：水泥厂，尾气除尘，除尘器 The Transformation and Design about Dedusting Systerm of a Cement Plant ABSTRACT The design and transformationof about the tail of a cement factory kiln dust removal system .
