At present, the academic community about the construction of new rural research for rural nonprofit research also relatively small. In this paper, Dezhou process of building new countryside rural non-profit organizations (such as non-profit health care, education, scientific research institutions in rural industry associations, rural cooperatives and rural community self-organization, etc.) as the research object, introduced Dezhou rural nonprofit organizations current situation and existing problems, such as non-profit organizations do not own limitations and sustainability, and raised in the new rural construction of new community nonprofit organizations to further innovation and development of relevant measures to be taken, such as strengthening self-construction, coordination with the government market relations.
