网络环境下国有企业青年员工思想政治教育研究 摘要 思想政治教育是我 们党一直坚持的主导性教育工作 ,关系着国家和社会的稳定和繁荣 发 展 , 而 国 有 企 业 是社 会 主 义 中 国 的 经 济 命 脉 , 作 为 国 有 企 业生 力 军 的 青 年 员 工 的 思 想 政 治 教 育 工 作 的 重 要 性显 而 易 见 。 现 代 社 会 中 , 计 算 机 使 用 的 普及 、 信 息 网 络 化 的 趋 势 为 国 有 企 业 青 年 员 工 思 想政 治 教 育 提 供 了 更 加 丰 富 的 资 源 和 更 加 广阔 的 平 台 , 同 时 也 不 可 避 免 地 带 来 了 巨 大 的 挑 战。 怎 样 充 分 利 用 网 络 环 境 和 资 源 开 发 出 新的 教 育 内 容 和 途 径 , 怎 样 应 对网络时代的严峻挑战、帮助员工树立正确的价值观成为我们亟需解决的问题。 本 论 文 以 湖 南 中 烟 常 德 卷 烟 厂 及 其 多 元 企 业 青 年 员 工 为 对 象 进 行 了 广 泛 而 深 入 的 问 卷 调 查 和 访 谈 调 查 , 通过 对 网 络 环 境 下 国 有 企 业 经 营 状 况 、 管 理模 式 、 思 想 政 治 教 育 方 式 、 内容以及效果和青年员工的思想动态 、 生活状况、 兴趣爱好、 精神诉求等进行了解和剖析, 探 索 如 何 充 分 运 用 网络 工 具 和 资 源 , 开 放 思 想 开 拓 视 野 , 在 以人 为 本 、 与 时 俱 进 的 原 则 上 创 新 和 完 善 思 想 政 治教 育 的 形 式 、 内 容 , 在 切 实 解 决 员 工 实 际问 题 的 基 础 上 提 升 思 想 政 治 教育的效果,进而实现员工的全面发展和企业的做大做强。 关键词:思想政治教育 国有企业 青年员工 网络环境暨 南 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 A b s t r a c t Ideological and political education, which has always been putting in a dominant place by our party, is very important to the stability and prosperity of our country, while the state-owned enterprises are the economic lifelines of socialist China. From this perspective, it seems obviously crucial to promote ideological and political education among the state-owned enterprises’ young employees, the new dynamos of these enterprises. In modern society, the computerization and informationization provides more abundant resources and a broader platform for the ideological and political education of the young employees of state-owned enterprises, but it also inevitably brings a huge challenge.
