摘要 然后,通过 7 大功能部分、73 个能力指标建立 LTE 核心网产品技 术能力指标体系,并基于 LTE 核心网产品技术能力概念模型和层次分 析法,得到 LTE 核心网产品技术能力各指标权重。 最后,通过汇总专家打分的数据,经过基于评估模型 YAAHP 的软 件工具计算得到 LTE 核心网现场工程师的能力评估。基于技术能力评 估,给出了 2015 年 LTE 核心网产品现场工程师的能力发展模型,以期 通过技术能力学习和技术能力实践在 2015 年进一步提高现场工程师的 能力,促使其具备独立完成 LTE 核心网的日常操作和维护工作,网络 规划能力,编写工程,升版等割接方案并组织协调各资源完成既定方案 的能力,疑难问题解决的能力。 关键词 现场工程师 技术能力评估 技术能力发展 层次分析法 II Abstract Technical Ability Assessment Research of Field Engineers for LTE Core Network Product in A Company Abstract LTE core products are the major products of A Company. With the rapid development of communications, the information interaction of human beings has been increasing continually and the information needs have been developed from traditional voice to transmit data, image and audio synchronously. With LTE core product s development, LTE cor e products not only meet carriers’ increasing needs of bandwidth and flow, but also give high pressure on the deployment and maintenance competence of A Company. A Company had begun to manufacture and maintain LTE core products in a large scale since 20 10. Although the company has already occupied a large marketing share and built a good product system, we have no quantitative evaluation system of LTE core products and are also lack of a development system of LTE core products’ capability.
