Abstract
The development process of Chinas cosmetic industry is not long which starts
from the mid-1980s to the scale these days. It experiences from exploration to the
growth stage. Market size and practitioners show a rising trend. Cosmetic economy
becomes the new consumption hot spots. The number of cosmetic chain enterprises is
increasing. Cosmetic chain enterprises are the evolution of traditional service industry.
Comparing with traditional service industry, cosmetic chain enterprises demands
deeper and higher value-added services. So the staff needs higher quality and the
building of training system becomes critical. CMM cosmetic chain training system
has not been fully constructed. The existing training system has some problems such
as valuing skills than management, low starting point, single training form and
lacking of effectiveness evaluation. The building of enterprise training system
becomes urgent.
The full text consists of six parts.
The first part clarifies the purpose and significance. The literature review is given
concluding the definition of training, enterprise training models, enterprise training
system and training effectiveness evaluation. The research content and research
methods are cleared.
The second part reviews the theoretical basis of the relevant enterprise training
system. The definition of training and training system is given. The basis theories
include human capital theory, behavior change theory and learning theory. The related
