摘 要 摘 要 当前我国的社会舆论呈现多元化格局，党报时评的政治优势和自身特性决定了它在 传达主流意识、疏导社会矛盾、凝聚社会共识、引导社会舆论方面具有十分重要的作用。 《人民日报·人民时评》是我国党报时评的标杆，它以“三贴近”为基本原则，以关注 国计民生、引导社会舆论为重要使命，通过向公众提供权威的意见性信息来促进社会形 成主流舆论共识。研究《人民日报·人民时评》的舆论引导对于提升我国党报时评的舆 论引导能力具有重要意义。 本文以《人民日报·人民时评》为研究对象，通过个案研究、内容分析、文献分析 等研究方法，以舆论学、议程设置、“沉默的螺旋”等理论知识为支撑，从选题、文本 表达、作者群等角度进行内容分析，提炼出《人民日报·人民时评》的舆论引导路径： 在立场上由“硬”权威向“软”权威转化，在选材上坚持平民视角、选择中观议题，在 形式上依托评论版实现观点的集束式传播，通过设置议题掌握舆论引导主动权，与新媒 体联动形成舆论引导合力。当前形势下，《人民日报·人民时评》面临着受众分流、作 者身份单一、舆论监督式微的困境，应当通过提高时评思想力、建构公共话语空间、强 化舆论监督等方法来提升自身的舆论引导能力。 关键词 党报时评 人民日报 人民时评 舆论引导 I Abstract Abstract Our country present diversified pattern of public opinion now. The political advantage and its own characteristics of party newspaper commentary determine that it plays a more important role in conveying the mainstream consciousness, easing social contradictions, gaining social consensus and guiding public opinion. The Peoples Commentary of People’s Daily is the model of party newspaper.Based on the three close to as the basic principle, to focus on peoples livelihood and guide the social public opinion as an important mission by providing the authoritative views to the public to promote the information of mainstream social public opinion consensus. The research of public opinion guidance of Peoples Commentary of People’s Daily has a great significance to improve the public opinion guidance ability of party newspaper commentary.
