PAGE PAGE 5 技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口影响分析与对策 摘要：随着国际竞争的日趋激烈，许多国家特别是发达国家频频采取新贸易保护主义来保护本国生产，维护本国利益。新贸易保护主义加剧了各种贸易摩擦，严重损害了我国及其他发展中国家的利益，我国的对外贸易也深受其害。这篇文章主要从新贸易保护主义对我国纺织品出口的影响来进行讨论。 本论文首先提出新贸易保护主义的相关概念，通过对新贸易主义对我国商品出口的影响，阐述了这些壁垒对我国商品的未来发展趋势影响及启示。借鉴近几年的贸易壁垒对我国贸易的影响，运用图表和分析的方法，来说明新贸易保护主义对我国出口的影响，并着重研究了新贸易保护主义对我国纺织品的影响，并进行一些阐述。通过贸易壁垒对我国纺织品的影响分析，从经济学的角度评述了我国产品今后的发展趋势与改变，为以后降低贸易壁垒对我国的影响提供对策。 关键词：新贸易保护主义；贸易政策；纺织品出口  Abstract: With the increasingly fierce international competition, many countries, especially developed countries, frequently adopt new trade protectionism to protect their own production and safeguard their national interests. New trade protectionism has intensified various trade frictions and seriously damaged the interests of China and other developing countries. China’s foreign trade has also suffered. This article mainly discusses the impact of new trade protectionism on Chinas textile exports. This paper first proposes the related concepts of new trade protectionism. Through the influence of new trade on Chinas commodity exports, this paper expounds the influence and enlightenment of these barriers on the future development trend of Chinas commodities. Drawing on the impact of trade barriers on Chinas trade in recent years, using charts and analysis methods to illustrate the impact of new trade protectionism on Chinas exports, and focusing on the impact of new trade protectionism on Chinas textiles, and to elaborate . Through the analysis of the impact of trade barriers on Chinas textiles, this paper reviews the future development trends and changes of Chinas products from the perspective of economics, and provides countermeasures for reducing the impact of trade barriers on China in the future.
