正颌外科和正畸联合治疗发育性下颌骨不对称畸形的护理分析 袁琴 (南京大学医学院附属口腔医院 南京市口腔医院 江苏南京210008) 【摘要】冃的：研究并探讨正颌外科和正畸联合治疗发育性下颌骨不对称畸 形的护理方法及护理效果。方法：选取100例发育性下颌骨不对称畸形患者作为 研究对象，选取自2011年1月?2015年1月。釆取数字抽签法进行分组，分为 各有50例患者的对照组和观察组。所有患者均进行正颌外科联合正畸治疗，对 照组施行常规护理，观察组施行综合护理。对比两组患者护理后的美观程度、SAS 评分、SDS评分、生活质量。结果：护理后，观察组的美观度为84%,明显高于 对照组的62% (Plt;0.05)；观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分分别为 (38.95plusmn;4.32)分、(37.18plusmn;4.02)分，明显低于对照组的 (47.54plusmn;6.23)分、(46.39plusmn;5.07)分(Plt;0.05)；观察组患者的 生活质量总评分为(80.24plusmn;6.71)分，明显高于对照组的 (67.82plusmn;6.03)分(Plt;0.05)。结论：在发育性下颌骨不对称畸形患者 的临床治疗过程屮，给予患者综合护理干预，能够有效提高颌面美观程度，缓解 负性情绪，提高生活质量。 【关键词】发育性下颌骨不对称畸形；颌面；正颌外科；正畸；护理 【中图分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2015) 09-0147-02 【Abstract] Objective To study and explore the n ursi ng method and effect of the treatment of the development of the mandibular asymmetry deformity by the combination of orthodontic treatment and orthodontic treatment.
