THANK YOU SUCCESS * * 可编辑 The complete range of ABB Softstarters consists of 3 different softstarter types:- Small compact 2-phase controlled softstarters- Small compact 3-phase controlled softstarters- 3-phase controlled softstarters with more functions, optional electronic overload relay and heavy duty version The small 2-phase and 3-phase softstarters PS S are new softstarters, while the PS D(H) softstarters have been on the market since a few years back. The complete range has the typical ABB-design The different softstarter types cover a wide range, from 3A all the way up to 840A The older softstarter called PS A will be replaced by the new softstarters PS S. The 3-phase version PS S can be used ”Inside delta” and can therefore be used for a higher current. (will be explained more in detail later) The new softstarters include a 2-phase controlled version for small motors. It is very small and compact and the mounting is quick and easy on DIN-rail. The 2-phase softstarter has 3 potentiometers for the basic settings of ”Start ramp”, ”Initial torque” and ”Stop ramp”. A bypass contact is included to bypass the unit after completed start ramp. This softstarter is available in sizes 3A, 12A and 25A for voltages 200-600V. The other new softstarter in the ABB range is a 3-phase controlled unit. It is very small and compact, especially when connected ”Inside delta” The PS S 3-phase softstarter is easy to use as the parameters are easy to set with rotating switches.
