【摘要】 随着信息科学技术地高速发展,网络已经被广泛应用于通信和资源共享, 如何在企业内部建立自己地实用办公系统，实现信息化经管，最大限度地为企业提供方便，是当前运用领域备受关注地问题.本课题利用ASP和Access数据库，开发了一个OA系统.本文主要从系统地功能设计、技术实现方案以及关键技术等几个方面展开，重点论述合同经管和员工经管模块地实现及其技术细节. 经过测试，该系统满足企业内部地基本要求. 关键词： OA系统； ASP； Access Abstract：With the rapid development of information science and technology, the network has been widely used in communications and sharing of resources.
