Situational approach teaching 教学辅助 PPT, Preview exercises, pictures, Class job 教 学 过 程 Step 1 Checking the Preview exercises Check the Preview exercises in each group. Step 2 Showing the teaching aims Show the learning aims of this lesson, giving the introduction simply. Step 3 Show students the Guiding material Lead in 1.?Revise some sentences that we have learnt using can/could. I can fly! (page 76) See. You can’t fly, Eddie. Ask the students to make more dialogues like this. 3. Work out the rule. ① Positive: can ② Negative: can’t ③ Question: Can …? 4. If we ask the same questions about the past, we use could. ① Positive: could ② Negative: couldn’t ③ Question: Could …?
