The main shortcomings are easy to be infected , low take rate, w ithout skin appendage, no good preservation method and no perfect solution to immune rejection problem. The countermeasures by now are adding antibi otics to the tissue engineered skin or using materials w ith anti infection ability, promoting angiogenesis, con structing tissue engineered skin w ith hair fonicles, tryig to cryopreserve the tissue engineered skin and decreas ing antigenicity .
