This article focuses on Chinas scholars study the status of part-time college students are reviewed, covering part-time students during the problems, causes and countermeasures. 【摘要】 伴随着我国高等院校招生制度的改革,我国在校大学生人数规模急剧扩大,就业的压力也随之而来,大学生兼职人数也在上升中. 并且由于大学生课余时间较为充足，自主支配时间较多，所以越来越多的大学生选择兼职。大学生兼职现象有其存在的合理性和必然性.然而从中反映出的一些问题也引起社会各界,尤其是教育界的关注. 由于大学生还是学生，还没有进入社会，扮演着多种角色。他们依然还得完成自己的学习任务，还得为今后适应社会做好准备。而选择兼职不仅可以充实自己的课余时间，也能够为今后进入社会积累社会经验。但是，由于大学生缺乏社会经验，很多人会受骗。本文主要对我国学者研究大学生兼职的状况进行了综述, 内容涉及大学生兼职过程中存在的问题、原因及其对策. Keywords: college students; part-time status; Problems ; countermeasures 【关键词】：大学生；兼职状况;问题探析；相应对策 【主题内容】 （一）大学生兼职基本情况 1. 关于大学生兼职的参与情况，学者们作了很多调查研究。在《当代在校大学生兼职现象调查与反思_以天津市部分高校为例》中指出大约有71%的被调查者正在或者准备从事兼职工作。就从我们民政职业技术学院民政系大二学生中调查得知，物管专业兼职人数最多，而这个学期我们社保专业兼职的情况呈现增长趋势。 2.关于大学生兼职的客观背景指的是大学生从事兼职工作的客观原因。《由大学生兼职引发的经济学思考》一文中指出，中国经济的高速增长、信息技术的广泛传播以及学校的市场化倾向都是造成大学生从事兼职的客观背景。在《大学生兼职现象初探》中提出了三点——市场经济大潮的影响，为大学生兼职带来了机会；知识经济的到来，促使大学生活跃于兼职活动中；.教育改革的深化，不同程度上为大学生兼职作导向。《大学生兼
