精选资料 可修改编辑 宿舍管理制度 1.0目的 1.0Purpose 1.1为了保证员工住宿环境清洁、卫生、安全,规范宿舍管理,特制定本制度。 1.1 In order to guarantee staffs accommodation environment clean 、health, safety, regulating the dormitory management, system is formulated. 2.0范围 2.0Eligibility 适用于公司全体员工。 The policy apply to all the local PRC staff of the company 3.0权责 3.0 accountability and rights 行政部是宿舍管理的主导部门。 The administration is the leading department of dormitory management. 4.0作业内容 4.0content 4.1行政职权 4.1administrative authority 4.1.1宿舍仅限本公司员工住宿,所有人员入住、迁出或调换宿舍或床位,均需事先向行政申请办理登记手续,由行政部统一安排床位和管理,任何人不得私自更动. 4.1.1 The dormitory is only applicable to the employee of the company ,all staff stay, accommodation, to live or exchange dormitory or beds, all needs to prior to apply for registration, and administrative by unitized arrange beds and management, may not be changed without permission. 4.1.2需外住或中途入住的人员必须填写《厂外/回厂住宿申请表》,并于每月25日到行政部办理次月住宿或退宿申请手续。 4.1.2 To live or to stay outside the personnel must fill in《 Settle outside/in accommodation application form》 , and the monthly 25 to deal with monthly accommodation administration or check out application procedures 4.1.3搬离行李出宿舍者须到行政部开据《员工出入放行条》,经同宿舍人员签名确认,由保安检查批准后方可放行。拒绝检查者,保安有权将物品扣留 4.1.3 the man who move out of the dormitory with the luggage shall open 《 staff in and out of the release of the dormitory》 by the administration, with signed by comrades of the dormitory,after checked by security officer ,then approval to release , security staff has the right to refuse to detain the luggage 4.1.4每位住宿员工必须服从相关行政人员管理,并按照《宿舍卫生值班表》进行值班,保安员每天进行检查 4.1.4 Each accommodation employees must obey relevant administrative personnel management, and according to 《 dormitory hygiene duty form》, and security officer checked every day 4.1.5新员工或申请住宿的员工办理住宿手续后,必须三天内搬入宿舍住宿,如发现住宿员工登记住宿后或连续三天不入住取消该员工的住宿权利,如有特殊情况须提前两天说明 4.1.5 New employees, or apply for accommodation employee check in after three days, must move into the dormitory, such as the discovery of lodging accommodation re
