山东师范大学硕士学位论文 业发展的对策。本研究主要从外部力量和高中英语新教师自身两方面提出了一些可操作性 建议，为他们创设专业发展环境，搭建交流、研讨、展示的平台，探索适合高中英语新教 师专业发展中的有效途径。希望这些建议既有利于英语新手教师的成长和高中英语教学质 量的提高，同时也为即将实施的高中英语课程改革储备人才资源。 本论文共由六个部分组成： 第一部分为引言，总体介绍了本研究的内容、目的、意义以及全文的框架结构。 第二部分为文献综述，对国内外有关英语教师专业发展的研究做分析、总结，了解研 究现状及趋势，并借鉴其宝贵经验。 第三部分是理论基础，首先对本论文所涉及的相关概念进行界定，然后重点介绍了美 国学者卡茨(Katz)关于教师发展时期的四个阶段。 第四部分是本研究的核心部分，通过大量的调查数据和访谈资料，介绍了对济宁市高 中英语新教师专业发展情况的调查过程和调查结果，并根据调查结果进行分析，寻找存在 的问题。 第五部分在前面结果分析的基础上探索促进高中英语新教师在每个阶段专业发展的 途径和对策。 第六部分为结论，主要对全文进行总结，并指出本研究的不足之处。 关键词：高中英语新教师；教师专业发展；问题；对策 分类号：G633.4 ii 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 Abstract During the recent thirty years, especially since the 1980s the topic about teachers’ professional development has been hot both at home and abroad. the research results have emerged enormously, and it has currently become a new special research field. Nevertheless at present, foreign language teaching consumes more time but produces fewer results in our country. How to develop the standard of foreign language teaching has become an urgent matter. To improve foreign language teacher professional qualities is the key to develop the standard of English teaching, so it has become the topic being discussed urgently how to promote foreign language teacher professional development. With the development of education in senior high school, many young college graduates have joined and become majority in the team of senior high school teachers in the past few years, and English teaching depends on fact whether these young teachers are well guided. So exploring the current situations and the countermeasures of senior high school English novice teachers’professional development in the context of the China basic education curriculum reform is of great value theoretically and practically.
