某学生公寓楼设计 摘 要：进行了某大学学生公寓楼建筑、结构及施工设计。建筑设计完成了建筑平面布置，平面、立面及剖面的设计。结构设计采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，主要进行了结构的平面布置、内力计算及构件的截面设计。7度抗震设防区需进行抗震设计，为使结构在地震作用下有良好的耗能能力及在强震下结构不倒塌，满足“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点弱构件”的要求，进行相应的内力调整，根据组合和调整后的内力值进行框架梁、柱的截面设计。基础采用灌注桩后压浆桩,该桩具有适用土层范围广、构造简单、便于操作、附加费用低、承载力增幅大、压浆时间不受限制等优点,经济效益显著，极具推广价值。施工设计方面各道工序在安排上紧密结合，严格按施工网络计划图和施工流水节拍进行。 关键词：框架结构；钢筋混凝土；抗震设计；灌注后压浆桩；施工网络计划图； Design of the apartment building for university students(scheme six) Abstract:The architecture，structure and construction design of the apartment for students are carried out.In the architecture design，the building layout, the horizontal plane ,vertical surface graph and section elevation design are accomplished. the structure of reinforced concrete frame is adopted as loaded structure system.The structure layout, internal force calculation and section design are mainly fulfilled in this design .As seismic fortification levels of the project area is seven degree,it is necessary to make the antiseismic design. In order to makes structural has a good energy dissipation capacity to meet the requirements of strong column-weak beam, strong shear bending weak weak-node component , the corresponding internal forces are needed to be adjusted. Finally, according to the combined and adjusted results, carry out the section design of the beams and columns, the cast-in-place concrete floors and roof , as well as the foundations and the staircase. In the foundation design, the post grouting for cast-in situ pile is used to this engineering project, which has the advantages of wide use of various layers,simple design,easy operation, low extra cost, huge loading capability and no time restrict of compacting. Moreover, it is very benifitial and has high promoting value.In the procedure of construction design, all the procedures are combined closely, and the procedures are carried out strictly according to the construction meshwork plan and flow control time .
