南昌工程学院---09数控毕业论文 切枝机的设计 数控技术——09数控《一》班 陈新 指导教师：徐斌 摘要 当前林区利用废弃枝桠材生产生物质颗粒燃料、生物质发电、制生物质燃油时都遇到了枝桠材难以经济运输的问题。因此,能否研究和开发出一种能将林区的枝桠进行就地粉碎加工的机械装备,继而再利用相互配套的林内移动式成型机械,将其加工成颗粒燃料,为后期的运输、发电和制油等进一步的深加工利用提供技术与装备支持,具有重要现实意义和重要经济意义。 本文正是为适应当前林区这种实际需要而进行的研究：试图研制一种可利用林区职工家庭已有轮式拖拉机牵引的、可方便地将枝桠材进行粉碎加工的可移动式切枝机设备。以其为林区枝桠的能源化利用,提供一种实用便利的机械装备。本论文研究中本着生物质“切碎总比击碎省功”的学术观点,采用对生物质切削与锤片粉碎相联合的设计思想,研究设计了一种具有集“枝桠斜角切削与锤片击碎木质切片”于一体的拖拉机牵引移动式切枝设备。首先通过对枝桠斜角切削机理的分析研究,建立了斜角切削模型,并分析了其优缺点；采用UG、CAD等辅助软件来完成。 关键词：移动式切枝机、林区、切碎、UG、CAD.
