PAGE 1 关于我国会计透明度的探讨 摘要 随着经济全球化进程的不断加快，会计透明度成为外界评价一个企业财务报告质量的一个重要指标，是资本市场有效运作的前提。然而，当前我国企业特别是上市公司的会计透明度不高，不透明的会计信息不仅影响了其相关使用者的利益，而且影响到社会主义市场经济的健康发展。本文针对会计透明度不高的现状、原因进行了的分析，并在此基础上提出了一系列相关对策和措施，为我国会计准则制定和完善以及会计信息披露制度的健全奠定基础，进而增强会计透明度、促进资本市场的健康发展。 关键词：会计透明度；资本市场；会计准则；信息披露 Discussion on accounting transparency ABSTRACT Accounting transparency is the disclosure of accounting information quality characteristics, as well as the inherent requirement is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of financial reporting, is the prerequisite for the effective functioning of capital markets. Through the study of accounting transparency on Chinas accounting standards to develop and improve the accounting information disclosed in the integrity of the system to provide a useful reference, thus enhancing accounting transparency, and promote the healthy development of capital markets.
