2006 年第 11 期 外 语 与 外 语 教 学 2006 , №11 　总 第 2 1 2 期 Foreign Languages and Their Teaching Serial №212 　 大学生跨文化交际能力的现状调查和对策研究 高永晨 (苏州大学外国语学院 ,江苏苏州 　215006) 　　摘 　要 :本文以苏州大学英语“更高要求”班级的学生跨文化交际能力的实证调查材料为佐证 ,揭示了处于这一水平阶段 的大学生在跨文化交际能力方面存在的问题 ,阐明了大学英语教学中注重大学生跨文化交际能力培养的重要性 ,提出了大学 英语教学培养学生跨文化交际能力的基本对策。 关键词 :跨文化交际能力 ; 大学英语教学 ; 现状调查 ; 对策研究 Abstract :Based on the data collected from the questionnaires ,this paper discusses various problems the college students at “Higher Requirements” level have such as lack of knowledge of intercultural communication ,lack of competence and confidence while communicating with foreigners. Besides ,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility in developing such competence ,and puts forward some constructive suggestions in terms of College English teaching and learning.
