四川大学锦城学院本科毕业论文 从《木兰辞》与迪斯尼动画《花木兰》看中美文化差异 PAGE 7 从《木兰辞》与迪斯尼动画《花木兰》看中美文化差异 专业：汉语言文学 学生：赵怡 指导老师：冯宪光 摘 要 《木兰辞》向我们生动地展示了一个巾帼不让须眉的故事，一个千百年被人们所称赞的忠孝故事。而1998年，迪斯尼根据花木兰代父从军故事改变而成的动画片《花木兰》，则在尊重原著的基础上，更多地将美国的文化价值观融入到了这个古老的传说。花木兰不再只是传统意义上的孝女形象，更是一个敢于追求自我，最终实现自我价值的新时代女性。本文试从古乐府《木兰辞》与迪斯尼动画《花木兰》着手作比较，通过对两者迥异的人物性格、价值观念、元素背景等进行分析，来寻找产生这种差异的原因。同样的故事经过迪斯尼加工润色后呈现给观众不同的感受，也带给了观众不同的思考，这正是中美两国文化差异在作品中的深刻表现。在经济全球化的今天，多元文化的交融已经成为文化发展的态势，正是由于这两种文化的融合，集合了两种文化的优势的花木兰才能风靡全球，深受人们喜爱。 关键词：花木兰 文化 孝 女性 An exploring of the differences between Chinese and American culture from the ballad of Mulan and the Disney animation Hua mulan Major: Chinese language and literature Name: Zhao Yi Advisor: Feng Xianguang Abstract The ballad of Mulan demonstrates a story that women are not outdone by men vividly, which is also a loyalty and filial piety story that has been praised for hundreds of years. While in the year 1998, based on the esteeming of the original work, the animation Hua Mulan, adapted through the story that Hua Mulan enlisted instead of her father by Disney, integrated more American cultural values in this ancient Chinese legend. Hua mulan is not only a filial daughter, but also a modern female who dare to pursue breakthrough and finally achieve self-worth in her life. Approaching through comparative analysis of the disparate characteristics, personal values, and background information of Mulan in the Ancient Yuefu Mulan Ballad and the Disney animation Hua mulan, this paper tries to explore the reason that cause the cultural differences between American and Chinese. The same story after the processing of Disney gives audience totally different feelings and brings them new thinking as well, which is exactly the profound expression of the difference of two cultures in the work.
