L/O/G/O * Self-reflection Introduction Example Focus on All the Students ---Stick to level-grading teaching method English teaching is not a one-way transmission of grammar and syntax structure, but also concerned with double-way of activities between teachers and students. We should focus on their psychology, their behaviors, their thoughts and feelings. In terms of focusing on all the students, adopting the level-grading teaching method and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude are the main approaches. Only by making all the students get improved together can we teachers achieve our teaching goals.
