优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract The photo-degradation of pollutants by using semiconductor material becomes important investigation task recently．It has the academic significance and applied worthiness．Among all photocatalyst,Ti02 has been used widely to deal with the wastewater,to decontaminate the air,to sterilize and to clean the glass itself because of its steady chemical characteristic， non-toxicity and low cost．But there ale two difficult problems，one is that Ti02 with wide band gap is merely responded in ultraviolet spectrum，the other is that the photo-generation electron-hole is composite ineffectively．The people bend themselves to settle those problems． 11豫Ti02 composite with narrow band gap semiconductor is a method of modified Ti02 to extent the light response range．CRAl204 is a new type visible light response photocatalyst． According to the mechanism of semiconductor compositeness，it is expected that the absorbance edge of CuAl204 doped Ti02 thin film shiRs to visible light section． In this work,CuAl204 doped Ti02 nanometer film on glass substract was prepared by the sol-gel method．ne c巧stal structure and the surface morphology of film were studied by XRD and TEM．The spectral response Was researched by Uv-Vis DRS．The hydrophile capability Was meusurated by using the contact angle meter．硼豫COD value of the dye solution Was set out by utilizing titration method of potassium dichromate．11le photocatalytic activity of modified Ti02 thin film Was studied by changing CuAl204 doped amount, illumination time and thickness of plated film．11忙absorbance of the initial and after photodegradation of acid red B solution Was measured by using UV叫s spectrophotometer． According to the data,the photodegradation rate of acid red B solution by Ti02 compound thin film were calculated． The results indicate that the absorption edged wavelength of Ti02 multiple film doped with CuAl204(0．5、l、1．5、2．5、3m01％)is among 4 1 0—420nto，its absorption range expanded to
