大学毕业论文（设计） PAGE PAGE 23 毕业论文（设计） 浅析我国高等教育投融资体制改革 学生姓名: 学生学号: 年 级: 专 业: 学 院: 指导教师:  摘 要 随着教育体制的改革，我国高等教育投融资的体制发生了很大的变化。高等教育投融资来源逐步呈现出多元化的格局，形成了以政府投入、个人分摊教育成本和社会力量共同投资的高等教育的投融资体制。我国固定资产投资过热的局势虽已得到基本控制，但投资增速仍然偏快，因此有必要回顾我国投融资改革发展的历程并审时度势的进行投融资体制改革，促进和保持我国经济平稳较快发展。本文主要针对当前高等教育投资不足的问题，提出引导社会资本投资高等教育是未来的发展趋势，并分析了目前投融资体制不足的原因和解决问题的对策。 关键词：高等教育 投融资体制 改革 Abstract With the changes in education systems,investiment and financing system in China higher educaion has changed dramatically. The source of investiment and financing in higher education gradually diversifies and forms a investiment and financing system consists of government input, individual allocation of education cost and social contributes.Although the situation of over-investment in fixed assets has already been under basic control, the growth of investment is still too fast. Therefore, it is necessary to review the history of changes in investment and financing in China,and drive the changes in investment and financing system in good timing, promoting and keeping the fast yet steady economic growth.This article thinks the insufficient of the current higher education investment, guidancing social capital investment higher education will be the future development tendency, and analyze reason and brings out countermeasure.
