Select coordinate points using absolute or incremental Cartesian values. Text 3.1 The coordinate systems Programs use coordinates to identify specific locations on the part or tooling. A coordinate is a combination of a letter and numbers. The letter is the axis being used for reference. Coordinates identify how far along each axis the significant point lies.
