中華民國音響學會 臺灣?台北市 台北科技大學 第十八屆學術研討會論文集 中華民國九十四年十一月十八日 PAGE PAGE 227 鐵路交通環境振動及噪音檢測與預測分析 王栢村1 黃國棟2 1屏東科技大學機械工程系教授 2屏東科技大學機械工程系研究生 912屏東縣內埔鄉學府路一號機械系振動噪音實驗室 Tel：(08)7703202轉7036 FAX：08-7740142 E-MAIL：Wangbt@mail.npust.edu.tw 摘要 本文擬探討鐵路交通之振動與噪音，針對不同列車經過所產生之振動及噪音進行檢測，了解火車經過對於環境的影響程度，並利用檢測所得之數據進行預測分析。首先回顧國內外學者對於鐵路交通環境振動及噪音所作之研究報告，說明選用之評估指標的理論基礎，並敘述檢測方法及其流程步驟。在選定之鐵路路段，利用未有火車經過時先行檢測環境之背景振動及噪音，接著就不同種類之列車經過時各進行三次檢測，求得各種列車所產生之平均振動與噪音量。將檢測所得之背景振動噪音以及各種列車經過產生之振動噪音量，查詢火車時刻表各種列車班次時段，預測此段鐵路在任一時段鐵路交通之環境振動及噪音量，並導入相關管制標準來進行評估比較。日後則可利用此量測模式，對於不同鐵路路段進行環境振動及噪音檢測以及預測分析。 關鍵字：鐵路交通之振動與噪音、評估指標、背景振動及噪音、管制標準、量測模式 Environmental Noise and Vibration of Railway Traffic Measurement and Prediction Analysis Bor-Tsuen Wang1 , Kuo-Tung Huang2 1Professor 2Graduate student Department of Mechanical engineering National Pingtung Abstract This paper discusses environmental noise and vibration due to railway traffic. Noise and vibration measurement are carried out for different types of trains in pass-by condition to study their effects. Prediction analysis can then be performed by using the measured data. First, an extensive literature review on railway traffic noise and vibration is done. The evaluation indices are then introduced as well as the measurement method and procedure. At the selected railway site, background noise and vibration are measured, and the pass-by train noise and vibration are also measured three times for each type of train. The averaged noise and vibration level for background and pass-by conditions can be obtained. According to the train time schedule, the environmental noise and vibration for the site due to railway traffic can be predicted and compared with control criterion. The measurement and prediction methodology can be applied to various railway sites for noise and vibration evaluation.
