病毒性胃肠炎患者中诺如病毒感染情况检 cs 测研究 【摘要】目的：探讨病毒性胃肠炎患者中诺如病毒 感染情况的检测分析。方法：通过对2013年1-9月于笔者 所在医院进行治疗的120例病毒性胃肠炎患者，分别运用逆 转录聚合酶链反应法检测和转录反转录协同实验检测，对两 种检测方法的灵敏度、特异性进行比较。结果：运用转录反 转录协同实验后GGI阳性7例，占5. 83%,阴性113例，占 94. 17%, GGII 阳性 46 例，占 38.33%,阴性 74 例,占 61.67%。 转录反转录协同实验行检测，阳性53例，占44. 17%,其中 GGI患者7例，占阳性患者的13.21%, GGII患者46例，占 阳性患者的86. 79%；恒温快速检测法检测出阳性患者53例, 占总患者数的44. 17%,其中不同性别、不同年龄段比较差异 无统计学意义（P0.05）,转录反转录协同实验的灵敏度及 特异性分别为89.09%、93. 85%,阳性预测值92.45%,阴性 预测值91. 04%o结论：临床运用转录反转录协同实验检测病 毒性胃肠炎患者中诺如病毒感染情况，具有较高的灵敏度及 特异性，临床值得推广。 【关键词】病毒性胃肠炎;诺如病毒 【关键词】 病毒性胃肠炎; 诺如病毒; 感染；检测 分析 中图分类号R446文献标识码B文章编号1674-6805 (2014) 11-0053-03 Detection of Viral Gastroenteritis Patients Nor Virus Infection/LIU Yuan-xing , ZHENG Zhi-yuan. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2014, 12 (11)： 53-55 [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the detection and analysis of viral gastroenteritis patients nor virus infection.
