摘 要 物流外包可以使企业集中精力于核心业务，从而赢得竞争上的优势。随着信息技 术的快速发展和市场竞争的不断加剧，越来越多的企业选择了物流外包这一模式。但 是惧怕物流外包过程中的风险阻碍了我国企业在物流外包方面的进展，同时也导致了 我国的第三方物流市场发展缓慢。 本文介绍了物流外包的概念，从多角度阐述了物流外包的价值，分析了物流外包 过程中产生的各种风险及其产生的原因，构建了物流外包风险评估指标体系，提出了 物流外包风险防范的几种具体措施，并在最后，以红牛为例，分析了企业防范物流外 包风险的成功经验。希望本文的研究有助于企业更客观地认识物流外包及其风险，主 动利用物流外包以赢得竞争优势并采取措施有效防范其中风险，同时也能促进第三方 物流市场的快速发展。 关键词：物流外包，风险分析，风险防范 [1] [1] Abstract Logistics outsourcing can make the enterprise focus on their core business to win the competition advantage. With the rapid development of information technology and constantly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises select the model of logistics outsourcing . But fearing risks in the process of logistics outsourcing hinders the progress of our country enterprise in logistics outsourcing, and lead to the third party logistics market of our country developing slowly at the same time. This paper introduces the concept of logistics outsourcing, expounds the value of logistics outsourcing from various angles, analyzes a variety of risk and the reasons of the process of logistics outsourcing , construct the logistics outsourcing risk evaluation index system, puts forward several kinds of logistics outsourcing risk prevention measures, and with red bull, for example, analyzes the experience which enterprise guard successfully against the risk of logistics outsourcing in the end. We hope that this research helps enterprise understanding logistics outsourcing and risk more objectively, to use the logistics outsourcing actively to gain a competitive advantage and taking measures to guard against the risk effectively and can promoting the rapid development of the third party logistics market.
