内容提要 随着当前我国经济形势放缓，新的经济对策的提出，让企业作为经济形势下最为敏感的主体，需要在新的社会环境与经济环境下对自身做出必要调整。而其调整的关键实际上就是针对新经济形势做好人员队伍建设，加强人员质量水平。面对当前的一系列新要求加之我国当前的企业现状，做好人员队伍建设最重要最有效的途径便是培训，但组织好培训并不是容易的事情，因为在整个培训体系中存在着多个主体，同时要兼顾多个方面，只有主体间相互协调配合，把握好每个细节，才能保证培训的有效进行。 本文针对当前我国企业面临的经济形式与环境探讨了企业培训的内涵、企业培训的作用；如何界定企业的培训是否有效；当前我国企业的培训现状是怎样的；同时针对当前企业培训过程中存在的一些问题有哪些可以采取的好的的措施等。关键词：企业培训 培训有效性培训现状培训对策 Abstract With the current situation of Chinas economic slowdown, the new economicpolicy is proposed, so that enterprises as the economic situation is the most sensitivesubject, need to make the necessary adjustments in the new social environment andeconomic environment.
