中文摘要 目的：采集12月份至1月份的成熟女贞子采用不同的提取方法来对女贞子多成分提取并进行含量测定，评价最好的提取和分离方法，提高成分的利用率，合理利用资源。方法：采集12月份至1月份的成熟女贞子，室温下晾干，备用。取12月份和1月份的女贞子同等比例混合，在烘箱6CTC下干燥24小时，粉碎，过3号筛，备用。用超声波方法提取，使用高效液相色谱法测定红景天昔、木犀草昔、特女贞昔成分含量。色谱条件为：Agilent色谱柱谱柱ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mmX 250 mm, 5 nm),流动相为乙月青-磷酸水梯度洗脱、流速1.0mL/min,柱温25°C ,进样量lOulo结果：红景天昔的回归方程为Y=91.014X-9.9286, r=0.9997,红景天昔在0.02~0.15ug内线性关系良好；木樨草昔Y=2.7052X+2.4857, r=0.9977,木樨草昔在0.06~0.43ug内线性关系良好；特女贞＜Y=1917.4X-102.23, r=0.9993,特女贞昔0.05~2.0ug线性关系良好。得加样回收率别为98.2%、98.4%、99.4% ； RSD分别为1.6%、0.9%、0.4%。结论：采用超声方法，得出提取时间对女贞子成分提取量影响最大的因素。女贞子多成分测定中特女贞昔的含量最高。 关键词：提取方法；红景天昔；木樨草昔；特女贞昔 ABSTRACT Objective: from December to January in mature Fructus Ligustri Lucidi acquisition bydifferent extraction methods of multi components of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi extract anddetermine the content of evaluation methods of extraction and separation of the best andimprove utilization rate of the component, rational use of resources.
