在金融危机以后，造船行业前几年陷入低迷。随着全球经济的好转，以及石油的大量开采转运，油船的市场需求开始增加。因此我们要提高自身的设计水平为以后做准备。 本文介绍的是10500DWT油船船体分段划分，以及双层底HB03分段的生产设计。这个课题的主要设计内容是：根据所给条件进行船体的分段划分；根据典型剖面图，基本结构图，总布置图，绘制拼板图和结构图，制作零件表。文中阐述了分段划分的过程，还有通过CAD辅助进行HB03分段生产设计的的具体过程。 关键词：油船；分段划分；重量估算；建造方案 Abstract After the financial crisis, the shipbuilding industry fall into a dilemma. With theglobal economys recovery and oil mining tankers transport, market demand began toincrease. So wed better improve their design level to prepare for the future. The article is about a 10500DWT tankers hull dividing, and a segment productionwith double bottom named HB03s design. The main design content is: the ship hulfs subdivision;the board map and structures drawing according to the typical section of themap, the basic structure of the map, the general layout and the production of part tables.This paper describes the process of the segmentation, as well as the specific process ofthe HB03 segments production design with the help of CAD.
