APP应用软件的设计与实现（iOS） 款项目管理APP的设计与实现 摘要 项目是解决社会供需矛盾的主要手段。一个项目能否在一定的时间内顺利完成，依赖于项目管理是否成功。在实际生产中，项目管理往往依赖项目负责人的能力素质。对于小的团队、简单的项目，项目负责人能够很好的控制项目进度、安排人员工作。但是对于较大的团队、较复杂的项目，项目负责人则很难兼顾到各个方面。 随着移动互联网时代的到来，移动办公的时代也随之到来。移动终端上的APP基于手机的随时随身性、互动性等特点，能够帮助项目经理随时跟进项目进程，对团队人员进行及时的提醒和任务安排，还能够通过该APP向团队公示项目进程，使各部门能够合理地进行协调，调整各自的工作进度。 本文通过一款项目管理APP Demo的开发探究项目管理相关知识、研究iOS系统上APP的设计与实现。 关键词：项目管理，iOS, APP设计，APP实现。 Abstract Project is the main means to solve the contradiction between supply and demand.Whether a project can be successfully completed in a certain period of time depends on thesuccess of the project management. In actual production, project management often dependson the ability and quality of the project managers. For small teams and simple projects,project managers can be a good control of the project schedule and arrange staff work.Howevei; for big teams and complex projects, its difficult for a project manager to take careof every aspect. With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the era of mobile office is also coming. AnAPP on mobile terminal, which takes advantage of mobile phones, can help project managersto follow up the progress of the project, remind the members of the team, and arrange tasksat any time. Besides, the APP can show the progress of the project to all members of the team,which can make departments coordinate their work reasonably. In this paper; through the development of a project management APP demo, Til researchproject management related knowledge and study the design and implementation of APP oniOS system.
