洗发水瓶揭盖式瓶盖注塑模具设计及型腔加工仿真 摘要：本次毕业设计首先对洗发水瓶揭盖式瓶盖进行了三维造型并对其进行了工艺特点的分析，本文就洗发水瓶盖介绍了注塑模具的设计过程。我设计的模具采用的和其他塑料制品的模具是一样的，比如一模四腔，二次分型等。而且依据模具的基本特色对模具进行了基本型腔确定、确定分型面、注塑机的选择、确定模具浇注系统、模具冷却系统、分型机构等的设计过程。最后制出模具成型件的最终尺寸，和仔细介绍模具加工工艺过程，和介绍模具装配过程。本文所设计的模具在结构上紧凑，在性能上可靠，同时具有生产效率高，操作方便等优点。 关键词：三板模；点浇口；模外定距分型；定模限位顶出；模具结构 Abstract: The injection technological characteristics of shampoobottle cover and analyzed, and the design main points and working processare also introduced. The design method of shampoo bottle cover plasticstructure is mainly introduced . The mould is four-cavity and feature thepointed gate, three-plate mold, mold ranging parting, restrictedejector of fixed-die, The selection of the sidewall thickness, thedecision of the mold cavity number, the selection of injection machine,and the designing process of the parting plane, the exhaust system, coolmaterial cave and pin gate are stated. The design structurecharacteristics of shampoo bottle cover and parting plane with pin gatestyle, and side core-drawing structure. Analysis of the calculating theworking dimensions of the forming parts of injection mold and theconventional manufacturing processes of the main parts of the injectionmold . The mold is compact in construction, easy and reliable inoperation , high efficiency in production and keeps the tolerance of partbeen accurate.
