中国石油大学（华东）本科毕业设计（论文） 双闸板平板闸阀的设计DN80 25MPa 1 中国石油大学（华东）本科毕业设计（论文） DN80 25MPa双闸板平板闸阀的设计 摘要 双闸板平板闸阀由于其自身的诸多优点普遍应用于石油化工行业，本文立足于双闸板平板闸阀的密封性能和结构创新展开研究。主要的设计思路围绕双闸板展开，以简单、稳定、可靠的设计方向为准则，通过对闸板的设计和改良，达到良好的密封防漏效果。设计中考虑到实际应用过程中的情况，一改传统闸阀的形式，在开启状态也能使两个闸板与阀座密封圈全部紧密接触，实现介质在阀体内的流通的同时也可以有效防止介质对阀腔的冲刷影响。即启闭两个状态都实现了介质对阀腔的零影响。从而比较好地实现了阀腔的防漏，提高了阀门的使用寿命。作为高压闸阀，本文设计的一些零件及尺寸大都符合国家标准，能确保安全操作。此外本文还简要介绍了双闸板平板闸阀的一些主要类型。 关键词：双闸板 密封 防漏 2 中国石油大学（华东）本科毕业设计（论文） The Design of Double Disc Flat Gate Valves DN80 25MPa ABSTRACT Double Disc Flat Gate Valves are extensively used in Because of its advantages,refinery, petrochemical and chemical industries, this article develops the research Double Disc Flat Gate Valves.The on the basis of sealability and originality of the line of the Double Disc, programming is the by the rule of simpleness stabilization and credibility.achieving good results of sealing by the design and improving of the Wedge Disc.
