浅析我国上市公司关联交易问题 摘 要 本文共分为四章，围绕关联交易的基本概念、现状及产生的动机展开说明，并分析关联交易产生的问题，最后就其问题提出建议。具体来说，第一章主要介绍关联交易的基本概念和现状以及出现的动机即：关联交易和上市公司的关联交易概念，并在其基础上介绍其特性、动机及现状；第二章主要简述我国上市公司关联交易问题及原因分析即：上市公司关联交易存在的问题和存在问题的原因分析；第三章主要对上市公司关联方交易信息披露问题研究：分析出现的信息披露问题并提出相关建议；最后一章就其上述主要问题提出关联交易中法律问题及完善关联交易的法律制度。 关键词：上市公司 关联交易 现状 类型 动机 规范措施 信息披露 问题 法律　 Analyses the related transactions of listed companies in our country ABSTRACT This article is divided into four chapters, around the basic concept of related party transactions, present situation and the motivation that and analyze the problem of related party transactions, finally put forward the proposal on the issues.
