西安欧亚学院毕业设计（论文） 西安欧亚学院毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 随着美国金融危机席卷全球，数以万计的企业深陷财务危机，特别是中国众多的中小企业更是难逃金融危机的影响，有的甚至濒临破产。通过调查发现，我国中小企业在财务管理上存在很大缺陷，财务危机主要出现在生产、经营、销售以及财管上，本文通过对中小企业财务危机在这几个方面的原因分析，提出解决对策。提高领导的财务管理能力，拓宽财务融资渠道以及建立完善的财务危机预警系统，对企业财务内外部隐患全面解决。通过以巨人集团的兴衰史为例，全方位的解析财务危机，以及对财务危机的各种影响经行分析。以此来帮助企业建立、完善财务危机预警制度、进行有效的财务控制等措施，对中小企业在应对财务危机提供防范措施。 关键词：财务危机；中小企业；财务控制 ABSTRACE As the U.S. financial crisis worldwide, tens of thousands of enterprises in the financial crisis, especially Chinas numerous small and medium-sized enterprises is not escape the influence of the financial crisis, some even on the verge of bankruptcy.
