哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE II - - Weibull 分布参数 估计及性质 摘 要 可靠性理论是以产品的寿命为主要研究对象，其在实践中的广泛应用。现代科学技术的进步促进了可靠性理论的迅速发展。威布尔分布是可靠性理论中的分布最广泛，本文着重讨论在不完全样本截尾数据下Weibull分布的参数估计。首先，介绍了相关的背景知识，包括威布尔分布模型，删失数据的基本类型。详细介绍了删失数据的各种估计方法的Weibull分布，并对两参数Weibull估计三参数Weibull估计两例。包括：最小二乘估计，极大似然估计法和贝叶斯方法，逆矩估计，等。最后，最大似然估计和矩估计法和贝叶斯估计方法，参数估计的灰色方法，这两种方法的计算结果估计的残差平方和的值，拟合优度，图的绘制方法。通过比较，我们可以看到，在不同样本大小的各种方法的性能。 关键词　Weibull 分布；两参数 Weibull；三参数 Weibull Estimation of Weibull distribution parameter Abstract Reliability theory is based on the product life as the main object of study, its application in practical field widely. The progress of modern technology promote the rapid development of reliability theory. Weibull distribution is of the most extensive distribution in reliability theory, this paper focuses on the discussion in incomplete sample is censored data under Weibull distribution parameter estimation. First of all, introduced the related background knowledge, including the Weibull distribution model, the basic types of censored data. The second chapter are introduced in detail censored data under Weibull distribution of a variety of estimation methods, and estimates for the two parameter Weibull estimation and three parameter Weibull two cases. Including: least squares estimation, maximum likelihood estimation method and Bayes method, inverse moment estimation, etc.. At last, the grey method of maximum likelihood and moment estimation method and the Bayes estimation method, parameter estimation, calculation results of the two kinds of methods estimated the value of the sum of squared residuals, and goodness of fit, drawing method of graph. By comparison, we can see that the performance of various methods in different sample sizes under.
