. . . . . 应届大学生的就业意愿及影响因素分析 ——以中国劳动关系学院为例 摘 要 近年来，应届大学生就业难问题日益严重，成为政府、高校、社会及学生家长关注的热点。大学生就业困难的主要原因，一方面需要大学生的二三线城市，中西部地区，大学生不愿意去；另一方面大城市对大学生的需求量也在逐步饱和。从投入和产出的角度分析，高等教育普及，受教育的年限提高，投入增加，毕业却失业了，教育则没能达到合理的投资效益，针对大学生就业难问题，本文通过文献资料法、对比分析法对应届大学生就业意愿及影响因素进行全面的分析，在此基础上设计调查问卷，选取中国劳动关系学院应届生作为调查对象，分析就业意愿与影响因素之间的关系，从而针对学生就业问题提出合理化的建议和对策，从而为大学生就业服务工作和大学生择业提供有价值的指导建议。 关键词：就业问题，应届大学生，就业意愿，影响因素 AN ANALY SIS OF THE EMPLOYMENT INTENTION AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS —— TAKE THE CHINA UNIVERSITY OF LABOR RELATIONS AS EXAMPLE Abstract In recent years, the problem of employment of college students is becoming more and more serious, which has become a hot spot for government, university, society and parents.
