To actively push forward the socialist modernization cotruction， to accelerate the development of urban and rural integration and new urbanization cotruction， the government should increase financial input to the rural public goods supply and improve the rural public goods supply mode and mechanism and strengthen the legal protection of rural public goods supply， supervision and evaluation， to build a well-off society in an all-round way to provide a solid guarantee.
