哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 在当代人民物质生活和精神生活不断富足，饮食结构方面越来越多元化，家居生活 也越来越智能化，人们在享受到便利的同时，也因一些不合理的饮食或者生活方式增加 了患病风险。在这种情况下，医药行业越来越受到国家的关注并提供了相关政策的大力 支持。作为关乎人民健康的行业，虽然医药行业很有发展前景，但大部分医药企业重点 关注对新产品的研发，考虑到对核心员工进行激励的企业还不是很多。目前大多数企业 仍然奉行着保持现状的发展理念，但是也有越来越多的医药企业开始关注股权激励的相 关情况，他们虽然认识到实行股权激励的必要性，但绝大部分实施的股权激励方案只是 流于形式，真正对公司起到促进作用的还是少数。 本文在对国内外众多相关文献进行梳理后，先对核心员工股权激励的相关理论进行 介绍，通过使用文献研究法、案例分析法、对比分析法，参考H医药公司三次较为成功 的核心员工股权激励方案，并对于方案的实施在经营业绩、人力资本以及股权资本方面 产生的效果进行分析后发现，有效的股权激励对提高公司的研发水平、销售能力以及整 体的经营业绩都有积极作用，也改善了原本低学历为主的人才结构，吸引了更多高学历 人才为公司创造了更大地价值，从而促进公司股价的攀升，增强投资者信心。但同时也 发现了在实施方案的过程中存在着诸如考核指标过于单一、激励方式不够多元等问题， 并且针对这些问题提供了相应的建议，最后再通过上述的研究后得出研究结论，希望可 以为其他医药企业在进行股权激励方案的设计和实施方面带来一定的思路。 关键词：核心员工；股权激励；医药公司； - -I 哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In the contemporary peoples material and spiritual life is getting richer,the diet structure is becoming more and more diversified, home life is becoming more and more intelligent.
