摘 要 研究目的：本文旨在运用SWOT分析法，研究赣南丫山运动休闲特色小镇（下 文简称 “丫山小镇”）旅游资源开发的内部环境和外部环境，为丫山小镇的建设 提供发展对策，从而促进我国运动休闲特色小镇的发展。 研究方法：本文主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法、 逻辑分析法和数理统计法。通过对丫山小镇的自然资源和人文资源实地调研，以 及根据游客调查问卷和从业者调查问卷的调研结果，分析丫山小镇的优势、劣势、 机遇和威胁，从而制定丫山小镇体育旅游资源开发对策。 结果与分析：区位交通、生态资源、红色资源、客家民俗传统文化等是丫山 小镇的优势。体育旅游认知不足、体育旅游专业人才缺乏、体育消费水平偏低是 丫山小镇的劣势。国家政策的支持、体育旅游市场潜发展力大、大众拟参与度高、 丫山小镇在 “第一轮全国特色小镇典型经验”的推广，提升了丫山的知名度，这 是丫山小镇的发展机遇。而周边同类市场的竞争以及生态环境的脆弱又对丫山小 镇的发展形成了威胁。 结论与建议：丫山小镇区位交通良好，体育旅游资源丰富。丫山小镇特色产 业发展前景好，目前已集聚5 大类39 种运动休闲类项目。小镇特色文化突出， 打造了禅宗文化基地、理学心学基地等，体育旅游发展前景看好。本文建议开发 者加大媒体宣传推介，塑造体育旅游品牌；培养和引进体育旅游专业人才；注重 开发过程中的环境保护，改善生态环境；深挖地域特色文化，强化小镇内涵发展； 提升小镇整体性治理能力，满足游客服务需求，丰富旅游产品。 关键词：运动休闲特色小镇；体育旅游；体育旅游资源；SWOT分析；赣南 地区 I Abstract Research purpose: This paper aims to use SWOT analysis method to study the internal and external environment of tourism resources development of Yashan sports and Leisure Town (hereinafter referred to as Yashan town) in Gannan, in order to provide development countermeasures for the construction of Yashan Town, so as to promotethedevelopment ofsportsandleisurecharacteristictown in China. Research methods: This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interview, logical analysis and mathematical statistics.
