RC-90PE (PE棚膜料专用改性硅酸铝) RC-90PE (modified alumina silicate exclusively-used for PE canopy velum) RC-90PE改性煅烧硅酸铝是我公司选用大同优质煤系硬质高岭岩，经过超细、提纯、煅烧、改性等工艺过程加工而成的功能性 添加剂，专用于PE、PP等塑料配方中，主要用来提高制品的强度、韧性、耐老化性，特别在薄膜中有保温性、耐撕裂性。 具有吸收或阻隔自由离子的能力，可改善制品的热稳定性和耐老化性能。 ★粒子超细并能在基体中良好的分散，可提高制品的平滑性和机械性能。 产品对7— 25nm波长的红外线具有阻隔作用，可使农膜的夜间温度提高 2 — 3C。 是特殊体质颜料，作为二痒化钛的延展剂，为钛白粉提供有效的间隔，可以部分取代钛白粉，降低成本。 ★无机非金属矿材料，可降低环境的二次污染。 易分散的超细粒子，使得其可用作透明材料。 RC-90PE modified calcined alumina silicate is a kind of functional addition agent which is made of Datong high-grade coal measures horniness kaolinite, undergoing such technics process as superfineness, purification, calcining and modification,specially used for PE， PP plastics manufacturing ,so as to mostly improve the intensity,tenacity and aging resistance of products .It also has a function of heat preservation and resistance to tearing especially in pellicle. The ability of absorbing or obstructing free ion can improve the thermal stability and aging resistance of the products. Particle superfineness and good separation in basal body can enhance the smoothness and mechanical property of the products. This product can obstruct the infrared ray with a wavelength of 7-25nm so that it can make the night temperature of agricultural film higher up to 2 — 3 C . As a special inert pigment,it can be used as the extending agent of titanium dioxide and can provide titanium white powder with effective interval,and may replace the titanium white powder so as to lower the production cost. It is an Abio-nonmetal mineral so that it can play down secondary pollution to the environment.
