摘 要 本文以CG企业工厂绩效管理体系研究为根本，简明介绍了中国外绩效管理现实状况和背景，包含基础情况、理论和实践等，深入地分析现在企业制造业工厂运行管理存在问题和原因，并对CG企业工厂绩效管理体系现实状况进行了分析，针对性选择了工厂运行过程标准化来实现企业经营目标达成，对CG企业工厂绩效标准化具体方案进行了设计，内容关键包含：基础、模块、过程、成熟度模型、绩效管理应用等。 本论文经过对CG企业工厂绩效管理体系研究，意在提升企业工厂管理绩效，为企业长久发展打下坚实基础。同时也为中国其它制造企业工厂运行管理标准化提供参考，为本行业管理者提供含有借鉴意义实践提供了有益探索。 关键字 制造业，工厂绩效管理， 标准化 ABSTRACT In this paper, the main line of the CG plant’s performance management system research, briefly describes the status and background of performance management in manufacturing at home and abroad, including the basic situation, theory and practice, in-depth analysis of the problems of the company plant’s performance management in manufacturing and reasons, and the status quo of the CG company plant’s performance management system analysis, the choice of targeted standardizing the plant’s performance management system to achieve the business goal of company, and design the CG company plant’s performance management system of the implementation of specific programs, content include: Foundation，principles, objectives, and the overall structure， performance management strategy; This thesis is based the research on CG Company's plant’s performance management of manufacturing in order to promote the sale profits as well as to lay a solid foundation for long-term development.
