管理论文：管理专业学位研究生毕业论文：X热电厂检修人员工时定额管理问题研究  摘 要 科学管理对工业企业产生了重大的影响，而在整个科学管理理论体系之中，工时定额管理又占据着至关重要的地位，它对于提升企业管理水平，有效进行成本核算，促进员工按劳分配，激励员工发挥效能，具有十分重要的意义。X热电厂运行至今已有十多年的历史，公司一直非常注重内部管理，出台了一系列的政策措施，在工时定额管理方面也进行了一些探索和实践，然而，由于该公司成立时间较短，检修人员工时定额管理体系还不够完善，因此，对其工时定额管理问题进行研究，具有一定的现实意义。 本文重点是研究X热电厂的工时定额管理现状问题与对策，最核心的部分是对X热电厂检修人员工时定额管理改进优化对策的分析，其中，提出了要调整优化公司整体组织架构、科学确定检修部门各岗位人员、细化各操作环节工时额度、规范检修人员工作流程、实现检修人员同工同酬、强化检修人员监督管理、加大检修人员激励约束力度等，最后，本文还提出了X热电厂检修人员工时定额管理的保障措施。主要是加强组织领导、提供资金支持、加强人力资源管理、提升整体管理水平等。 关键词：工时定额管理；科学管理；检修人员  Abstract Scientific management has produced a great impact on industrial enterprises, and man-hours quota management plays a crucial role in the of scientific management theoretical system, which has very important significance to enhance the level of enterprise management, cost accounting, promote the distribution according to work and motivate workersrsquo; effectiveness. X Cogeneration Power Plant has operated more than 10 years, is very focused on internal management, which issued a series of policies and measures and carried out some exploration and practice in the man-hours quota management. Since the establishment of a relatively short time and the system of man-hour quota management is not perfect enough, the study on man-hour quota management of the X Cogeneration Power Plant has certain practical significance. Based on the reviews of related theories of man-hours quota management, this paper, analyzes the status quo and problems of man-hours quota management in X Cogeneration Power Plant. The core part of this paper is analysis on the improvement and optimization countermeasures of maintenance personnelrsquo;s man-hours quota management, which proposes to adjust and optimize the overall organizational structure, scientifically determines the personnel of maintenance department, refines the man-hours quota of operation process, standards the work flow, realizes the equal pay, strengthens the supervision and management, and increases the incen
