There are many problems in our nursery to develop education. The teaching philosophy, and teacher role is not in place affects the nursery to develop educational development, this paper analyzes the develop education of the Kindergarten problems, analysis of the specific measures , such that teachers should learn and understand advanced develop educational philosophy, awareness penetration in the teaching activities to develop the content of education. the kindergarten education should strengthen to the consciousness of itself demonstration, kindergarten education should take the initiative to train parents to cultivate awareness, to cultivate qualified personnel provided for reference views.
