双光控延时节电开关的设计与制作 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，人们在享受着高科技带来的高质量现代生活的同时，对于节约能源的问题给予越来越多的重视。近些年，照明控制手段在公共场所得到逐步提升,光控开关、声光控开关、微波感应开关和热释远红外感应开关等节能产品出现在日常生活中。其中，光控开关不易受环境噪声影响而产生误动作，节能效果又很理想，省去了开灯、关灯的麻烦，将其作为街道、宿舍走廊或其它公共场所的照明灯，既节约用电，符合日熄夜亮的调节作用，亦可作为防盗报警以及光控节水开关之用，给人们的生活带来了无比的方便，因而备受青睐。 本论文介绍了照明电子开关的研究目的、意义、发展趋势以及分类，并利用物理学、光电技术和电工电子学等知识，对光控开关进行了研究。首先掌握相关元器件的主要性能参数、工作原理和光控开关的基础知识，通过参数计算、电路调试、电路设计，自然光与红外光双光控延时节电开关就可以完成制作。双光控延时节电开关节电效果明显，适合于走廊、楼道等场合的照明，从而实现日熄夜亮的自动控制。论文还对此开关的工作原理、元件选用、电路调试和结果作了阐述。 关键字：光控开关 结型光电器件 光生伏特效应 半导体  The Design and Fabrication of Double Light-operated Switch with Delay and Energy Saving ABSTRACT Along with the development of science and technology, people give more and more attention on the problem of energy saving when they enjoy the high-quality modern lives brought by high technology. In recent years, the control instruments of lighting in public have been updated gradually. There are many energy-saving productions, for instance, acousto-optic controlled switch, light-operated switches, microwave sensors switches, pyroelectric far-infrared sensors switches and so on. Among of them, light-operated switches hardly make malfunction which is brought by the environment or the noise. At the same time, the energy-saving effects of them are very satisfactory and they also make us save the time for turn on and turn off the light. They are appropriate for lighting of streets, dormitory corridors and other public places. In addition, they have the function of turning off when its bright and turning on when its dark for saving electricity. They can also use as annunciator for alarm and light-operated switches for saving water. They catch the most intention of people for bringing convenience to lives. Consequently, they are in peoples good graces. In this dissertation, the purpose, meaning, development trends and classification of the electronic switch for lighting were introduced. With the knowledge of physics, photoelectric technology and electronics, the
