PAGE I 摘 要 员工激励,是通过一套理性化的制度来反映员工与企业的相互作用，是为了特定的目标而去影响的一种激励方式。从内在需要或动机出发，寻求良好的激励方法，从而强化、引导或改变人们行为的反复动机,它是人们内心的一种状态。员工激励现在越来越广泛的被各大企业所应用，从内在方面寻求企业发展的最大化。 随着人类进入了21世纪，一个以知识为主宰的全新经济时代来临了。在这样一个瞬息万变的时代，人力资源与知识资本优势的独特性成为企业重要的核心技能，人力资源的价值成为衡量企业整体竞争力的标志。于此同时人力资源的管理也不断的提出新的课题，员工激励无疑是这些课题中最为重要的一个。也因此，员工激励的研究决定着企业的发展和兴盛。 本文主要阐述了对抚顺移动分公司员工激励研究的过程。员工激励是内心的一种状态，从这个角度出发，在研究过程中会考虑其他因素对抚顺移动分公司员工激励研究的影响，例内在心理素质，外在物质欲望等等。通过具体的总结问题并结合分析问题的原因，得出有益的启示。 关键词：激励，员工激励，经验启示 Abstract Employees incentive, is through a set of rational system to reflect the interaction of employee and enterprise, is to specific goals and an inspiration to influence the way the inner need from you or motivation, seek good start of incentives, to strengthen guidance or change peoples behavior motivation it is again a state of mind employees incentive now more and more widely used by each big enterprise, from inner seeking for the maximization of enterprise development As the human enter the twenty-first century,a knowledge for the new economic era dominated.In such a tenfold changing times,the human resources and the uniqueness of the knowledge capital advantage to become the enterprise important core skills,human resource value measured as the enterprise competitiveness of signs.Meanwhile the management of human resources and constantly brought forward a new topic,employees incentive is un doubt eddy the topics of the most important one . Accordingly,motivational research determines the development of the enterprise.This article mainly expounds the research of lining the company employees incentive in the process. Employees incentive is heart condition,from this foot degrees,based on the research process will consider other factors of lining the company employees incentive research diffracts,cases of psychological quality,and the external inner material desires,etc.Through the concrete summarize problem and analyze the cause of the problem,it is concluded that the beneficial enlightenment.
