摘 要 随着互联网的普及和网络舆论影响力的不断彰显，日益增长的网民群体成为 社会关注的焦点。网民作为网络舆论中最重要的主体，不断创造影响力巨大的网 络舆论。目前，网民发表的评论更加倾向于情感的表达，网民情感的变化也会直 接影响舆情的发展。分析舆情中网民情感状态演变的规律，对舆情的管控有十分 重要的指导意义。本文主要研究内容如下： 1. 针对现有基于卷积神经网络的情感分析模型，发现多数模型无法衡量网 民评论中每个词对情感倾向的比重，而且网民发表的评论普遍由表情符号和文本 共同组成，它们对表情符号的分析也较少，这些问题导致了情感分析的性能不佳。 为了解决这些问题，本文设计了一种融合表情符号的注意力卷积神经网络情感分 析模型。通过实验结果表明，设计的模型提高了情感分类任务的准确率。 2.在网络舆情的过程中，网民情感变化是不确定的。基于有限理性的假设和 运用演化博弈论的方法，首先抽象出网民选择情感行为策略的参数，建立处于政 府监管下的网民群体情感博弈模型，接着对博弈模型进行局部稳定性分析，然后 利用 Matlab 软件分阶段的仿真模拟实际案例中网民群体情感不断演化至稳定点 的运动轨迹，并科学的验证了仿真模拟的结果。 3.为了更加直观的了解网民情感演变过程，借助数据可视化技术，设计和实 现了网民情感分析可视化系统。从系统的开发流程和主要功能进行了详细的介绍， 并对系统主要功能进行了测试。 本文针对突发事件中网民情感状态的演变规律，首先设计了情感分析模型对 网民的情感进行分析，然后结合处于政府监管下的网民群体情感博弈模型，综合 的对突发事件中网民情感状态的演变规律进行了分析和研究，并结合实际案例得 出了相应的规律，最后通过可视化系统多角度的展示网民情感信息。 关键词：情感分析；表情符号；演化博弈；情感演变；数据可视化 I Abstract With the popularization of internet and the importance of internet public opinion, the ever-growing population of internet users has become a public concern. Network users play a crucial part in network public opinion and create influential internet public opinion. Nowadays, network users prefer emotion expression, which guides public opinion directly. Therefore, it’s of importance for public opinion control to conclude the laws of public emotion evolution. The main tasks of this paper are listed below: 1.
