责任伦理视域下幼儿园教师伦理决策研究 摘 要 幼儿园教师伦理决策是指幼儿园教师面对伦理困境时，对多种方案进行伦理 分析和判断，权衡利弊得失后做出抉择的过程。教师的伦理决策直接影响教育道 德性的实现。在日常工作中，幼儿园教师主要面临哪些伦理困境？遭遇这些困境 时，他们会如何去进行决策？又是哪些因素在影响着他们的决策？对这些问题的 探究有益于改进幼儿园教师伦理决策的指导与实践，丰富幼儿园教师伦理建设的 路径与策略。 本研究基于教龄、性别因素的考量，选取8位公立幼儿园教师作为研究对象， 其中包括4位女教师和4位男教师，通过深度访谈进行资料收集，并从责任伦理 的视域对资料进行质性分析，以探究幼儿园教师在专业实践中遭遇伦理困境时的 伦理决策行为。 本研究的研究发现:（1）幼儿园教师主要面临不同伦理责任平衡的困境冲突 （2）幼儿园教师伦理决策以幼儿利益为本，且考虑相关者利益 （3）幼儿园教师 伦理决策的影响因素包括个人价值观、教育观；规则规范、社会舆论起到外部制 约作用；决策事件对教师伦理决策的影响也是不容忽视的重要因素 （4）幼儿园 教师伦理决策呈现出决策依据以利益比较为主；幼儿园教师倾向以规则和结果视 角进行伦理决策；男女教师伦理决策没有呈现出明显的差异性的特点。 鉴于本研究发现的问题，从以下五个方面初步提出优化幼儿园教师伦理决策 的建议：（1）教师自身应当厘清角色责任 （2）夯实教师专业伦理知识基础，提 升伦理判断力 （3）培育多元的伦理决策视角，提升伦理决策水平 （4）制定幼 儿园教师专业伦理规范，为教师决策提供依据 （5）通过伦理决策监督与伦理决 策评价来监督教师伦理道德状况。 关键词：幼儿园教师；责任伦理；伦理困境；伦理决策 I ARESERCH OFKINDERGAITEN TEACHERSETHICAI DECISION-MAKINGFROMTHEPERSPECTIVE OF RESPONSIBILITYETHICS ABSTRACT Kindergarten teachers ethical decision-making refers to the process that kindergarten teachers make ethical analysis and judgment on a variety of programs when they are faced with ethical dilemmas, and then make decisions after weighing the advantages and disadvantages.
