情报战在日本钓鱼岛战略中的应用-国际政治论文-政治论文 ——文章均为WORD文档，下载后可直接编辑使用亦可打印—— 　　摘 要：　本文试图分析情报因素在日本钓鱼岛战略中所扮演的作用。日方情报战略发挥作用的形式主要有两种：其一是情报宣传战，核心在于攻击那些故意释放假情报和假信息的对手，并着力宣传自身的正当性。其二是情报获得战，核心在于加强保密工作，防止中国获得有关钓鱼岛的相关情报，同时使自身要获得更多更优质的情报信息。日本在前一方面下足功夫，大力宣传其领有钓鱼岛的合法性；在后一方面也推动情报体制的改革与再编，加强保密防谍法制的建设，同时推动各部门的情报共享，以获得更优质的情报信息。短期来看，日本保守派的对抗态势不会减弱，中日在钓鱼岛对峙的大格局仍不会改变，以情报宣传战和情报获得战为核心的交锋将持续下去。 　　关键词：　情报宣传; 情报获得; 钓鱼岛; 保障会议; 　　Abstract：　This article attempts to analyze the intelligence factors in Japans Diaoyu Dao strategy. There are two main forms for Japan to exert this strategy:one is propaganda warfare, and the core is to attack opponents who deliberately release false information and fake news, which aims to promote Japans legitimacy on territory claims. The other is intelligence gathering warfare, which emphasizes on strengthening confidential work and preventing China from obtaining crucial information about Diaoyu Dao. At the same time, it also requires Japan to obtain more useful intelligence from Chinese side. In propaganda part, Japan has made great efforts to publicize the legitimacy of its Diaoyu Dao. Then in intelligence gathering part, Japan promoted the reform of its intelligence system, which greatly strengthened the anti-spy legal system and promoted intelligence sharing across departments.
