题目: 基于PLC和组态软件的污水 处理厂监控系统 摘要 近年来，随着我国工业化程度不断提高和城市人口密度的不断增 加，污水处理厂规模不断扩大，污水处理厂的管理和设备的控制面临 严峻的考验。 本课题研究了基于 PLC和组态王对污水处理厂的监控系统的实 现。该水处理系统采用 SBR (Seque ncing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process)污水处理工艺。根据SBR污水处理工艺要求，本课 题研究了如何实现集散控制系统对该厂污水处理系统各环节的自动 控制，其中主要包括下位机如何实现对现场设备的控制， 上位机如何 对现场设备的运行状态的监控和上下位机如何通讯。 集散控制系统的下位机选用PLC作为现场控制设备。本课题根据 SBR亏水处理工艺要求对下位机PLC以及现场各种传感器进行了硬件 选型。除此之外，还根据污水处理的工艺要求，编写了相应的 PLC控 制程序，重点介绍了预处理区的 PLC自动控制程序。 集散控制系统的上位机选用 PC机作为监控机实现对现场设备的 运行状态的在线监控以及运行状态的调整。 通过上位机监控，工人可 以及时了解现场设备的工作状况并且保证对现场设备出现的故障得 到有效的排除。本课题上位机监控界面设计以组态王 6.55作为开发 平台，其中监控界面主要包括登录界面、总体流程图界面，预处理参 数界面和反应池参数等界面。 关键字：集散控制系统；PLC; 组态王；现场总线 ABSTRACT These years, the scale of sewage treatment factory is becoming bigger tha n ever by the developme nt of our in dustry and in crease of populati on den sity. This topic based on PLC and kingview are studied for the implementation of sewage treatment plant monitoring system, The factory treats wasting water using the craft of SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process). This paper main ly in troduces how to realize the clie nt con trols the field devices. Besides, it also desig ns how to realize the server mon itors the devices and how to com muni cate betwee n the clie nt and the server. Using PLC as the client device,DCS realize to control the machines automatically. This paper not on ly in troduces how to choose PLC and sen sors but also dem on strate how to set the parameters of hardware, based on the requirement of SBR. Besides, this paper makes the PLC control program of the field devices,the important to including the preprocess area. The server device of DCS, which is PC, is used as a mon itor as to supervise the condition of machines. Through the monitor, workers can easily locate the trouble and remove the fault.
